Timetable

Your teachers will try to match your normal timetable. You should complete work for a subject when you would normally have it (we know that won't always be possible, but do your best)

You can find your timetable by logging into your Google Calendar.

Here is a short video on what you are expected to do.

Using Google Classroom

Year 7 - 10

Check Google Classroom

You will need to use Google Classroom (for now Show My Homework won't let you hand in work) where you will find your tasks and where you can hand in your work.

Google Classroom works on a computer, laptop, tablet and a phone. The app will also allow you to upload work on paper by taking photos of your work or your connected Google Drive.

Please download Google Classroom from Android Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Year 11

Check Google Classroom

Your teachers will post work to Google Classroom. Work will be set to match your timetable at school.

Please use these links to download the app to your own device.

Live Lessons at meet.google.com

Teachers will do their best to begin each timetabled lesson with a video conference. Students can check which conferences they have been invited to by visiting meet.google.com and logging in with their school email address and password.

You can join these conferences on a computer or by using the Meet app (iOS Android).

Some general rules for joining a Google Meet:

  • Switch off your webcam and microphone before joining to conference
  • Only communicate with your teacher through the chat function
  • Please uses appropriate language and behaviour at all times. The sessions are recorded and can be emailed to you after the lesson.

Year 12 - 13

Check Canvas.

Lesson resources will be available on Canvas to match your timetable.
