Cracking the Code STEM visit to Worthing College

A group of aspiring STEM students took part in a code breaking task at Worthing College. This involved using the periodic table, design and engineering skills and team work, in order to crack the code first and open the safe to claim the prize for SRWA. Other activities included computer coding and making a working model of the Second World War Enigma code breaking machine, along with an inspiring talk from a nuclear fusion scientist and being awarded their prizes by local MPs Tim Loughton and Sir Peter Bottomley.
