How to set up your SRWA Google mail, calendars, and contacts on iPhone or iPad.

At SRWA we have set up our systems so that students can have their timetable show up automatically on their smartphone.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Accounts & Passwords.
  3. Tap Add Account.

    Open Settings, tap Accounts & Passwords, tap Add account

  4. Tap Google.
  5. Enter your Google account credentials (your email address and your school password).

    Tap Google, enter Google account info

  6. Make sure the switches for mail, contacts, and calendars are in the 'on' or 'off' positions depending on where you want them.
  7. Tap Save.

    Flip correct switches, tap Save

  8. How to add a second Google account to your Android device

    1. Launch Settings from your Home screen, the app drawer, or the Notification Shade.

    2. Swipe up in the Settings menu to scroll down.

    3. Tap Accounts.

    4. Tap the Settings button. Swipe up in the Settings menu. Tap Accounts.

    5. Tap Add Account.
    6. Tap Google.
    7. Type in your email address and school password in the provided field. 

      Tap Add Account. Tap Google. Type in your email address.

    8. Tap Next.
    9. Type your password.
    10. Tap Next.
    11. Tap Next. Type your password. Tap Next.

    12. All done! Now your calendars and mail will show up in your phone's apps.
